Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, and process description you provide. We use that information to review and respond to your inquiry, keep a record of the conversation, and protect the website from abuse.
Limited journey context
The contact form may include the first page, current page, pages visited in this browser tab, observed referrer, campaign parameters, and elapsed session time. This context helps us understand which information led to an inquiry. It is stored only in your browser session until you submit the form. We do not collect it when a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal is active.
Form processing
The inquiry form is processed by Formspree. When you submit it, the form data is sent to Formspree and then delivered to us. ReviewFormspree's privacy policyfor information about its processing.
Retention and sharing
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that operate the website or communications, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or object to further contact. Emailagent@exponentialagents.com. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.
